County commission
The three Clallam County commissioners will discuss how the Opportunity Fund could help small businesses during the COVID-19 crisis at 9 a.m. Monday.

Commissioners also will discuss proposed lodging tax grants to Feiro Marine Life Center, Port Angeles Fine Arts Center, Juan de Fuca Foundation for the Arts, Forks Timber Museum, Dungeness River Audubon Center, Port Angeles Marathon Association and Washington CoastSavers for “keeping the lights on” during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Other discussion items include:
• An agreement with Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe for annual population surveys of Olympia oysters.
• A briefing on an Olympic Community of Heath application for COVID-19 response funds.
• An amended agreement with Olympic Community Action Programs for operation of the COVID-19 recovery facility.
• A contract with Thomson Reuters Westlaw for subscription services used for legal research.
• A contract amendment with the state Department of Health for COVID-19 emergency response funds.
Commissioners will conduct their regular business meeting at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Action items include:
• A notice of May 19 hearing on a proposed ordinance placing limitations on the use of county rest areas.
• A memorandum of agreement with Washington State University to provide educational programs.
• An agreement with CenturyLink for service lines.
• A bid opening for an annual rock crushing contract.
Olympic Medical Center
Olympic Medical Center commissioners will hear a COVID-19 update from CEO Eric Lewis when they meet at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Commissioners also will recess into executive session to discuss real estate and the qualifications of an applicant for public employment.
Port Angeles city
The Port Angeles City Council will consider a $199,319 professional services agreement for decant facility design at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

A new decant stormwater facility will replace the present one at the city’s transfer station at 3501 W. 18th St.
The council also will consider approving a $34,996 contract with Simmons & Sons Contracting, Inc. of Montesano for demolition of a Parks and Recreation building at 1310 W. 16th St., that was badly damaged in a 2018 windstorm.
Other agenda items include a city manager’s report and an amended ordinance for maintenance and operation of extensions to city water and wastewater mains.
Crescent school
A virtual School Closure Town Hall Meeting is set for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.

County commission
The three Jefferson County commissioners will hear an update on COVID-19 from Dr. Tom Locke, county health officer, when they meet at 9 a.m. Monday.

The Port Townsend City Council will consider approving a 2020 post-annexation tax restriction policy when it meets at 6:30 p.m. Monday.

Port Townsend schools
The Port Townsend School Board is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. Thursday.
No agenda was available for the virtual meeting as of Saturday.
Public Utility District
Jefferson County Public Utility District commissioners will consider a one-time return of customer deposits when they meet at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
They would be returned as bill credits to assist customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, the agenda memo said.

Clallam and Jefferson
State Parks Commission
The State Parks and Recreation Commission will conduct an online work session from Fort Worden State Park from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Fire District 3
Clallam County Fire District 3 commissioners will hear reports and approve payroll at a virtual meeting at 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Reports will be given on logistics, operations, risk reduction and planning and from the fire chief.
The district covers the east side of Clallam County with a small portion in Jefferson County.
Peninsula College
The Peninsula College Board of Trustees will meet virtually at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
