FORKS — An open house will kick off Stephenie Meyer Day/Bella’s Birthday Weekend celebrations at the Forks Chamber of Commerce’s Visitor Center, 1411 S. Forks Ave., from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday.
The public is invited for photo opportunities with the Olympic Coven in the rainforest, outside the city sign, with Bella’s trucks, with Charlie’s police cruiser and more.
Marcia Bingham and Mike Gurling, featured in the “Twilight in Forks” documentary, will be on hand for pictures and autographs.
Music will be provided by DJ Camallo, “fangtastic” cookies and “Bella’s Bloody Punch” will be served, and guests will have the opportunity to win prizes.
All events are free of charge, though donations are accepted to benefit the Forks Police Foundation, the visitor center and the Forks Timber Museum.
