PORT TOWNSEND — Jefferson Healthcare recently hired two new therapists to its Wellness & Rehabilitation team.
Husband and wife team Nicki and Chad Boehm will provide their services at Jefferson Healthcare, 384 Sheridan St.
Nicki, MOT, OTR/L, CLT has been an occupational therapist for four years and is a certified lymphedema therapist.
A graduate of the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, her clinical interests include orthopedic injuries, neurological impairments and lymphedema therapy.
Chad, DPT, CSCS, has practiced physical therapy for four years and is a Level 1 certified track and field coach, as well as a certified strength and conditioning specialist specializing in musculoskeletal injuries.
He enjoys working with athletes to help with their performance issues as well as wellness rehabilitation, according to a news release.
Both are outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy the water and the mountain lifestyle Jefferson County offers and each brings specific expertise to the growing team at healthcare, according to the release.

Unity speaker set for Sunday
PORT ANGELES — Unity in the Olympics’ 10:30 a.m. Sunday service speaker will be the Rev. Donna Little.
Her lesson at the church at 2917 E. Myrtle St. is titled “Clarifying Our Values.”
Little is a resident of Sequim and is a licensed and ordained Unity minister.
A time for silent meditation will be held from 10 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
Child care is available during the service.
Day of prayer
FORKS — Members of the public are invited to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church’s observation of World Day of Prayer at noon today.
The Women of Suriname wrote this year’s worship service which will be held at the church, 250 Blackberry Lane.
A light “Tastes of Suriname” luncheon will follow.
Each year, a different international group of women gather to plan and pen the worship service that is observed worldwide.
