The meeting will be at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 301 E. Lopez Ave.

The theme this year for the annual Planning Forum on Ending Homelessness in Clallam County, organized by the Shelter Providers Network of Clallam County, is “Hard Economic Times Challenge the Plan to End Homelessness.”

NAMI film open

PORT ANGELES — The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Clallam County will host a film at 7 p.m. Thursday.

The film, part of a free public outreach program, will be in Linkletter Hall in the basement of Olympic Medical Center, 939 Caroline St.

Refreshments will be served.

“Reign Over Me” depicts companionship as an important element in recovering from depression.

It stars Adam Sandler as a man who lost his family in the Sept. 11, 2001, attack on New York City.

Rekindling an old friendship with his college roommate, played by Don Cheadle, is the one thing that appears to help him recover from grief-filled depression.

A brief business meeting for all NAMI members will be held prior to the movie at 6:30 p.m. in Linkletter Hall.

For more information, phone 360-452-5244.
