SPOKANE — Gonzaga University has announced that four local students graduated at a ceremony on May 12.
The graduates are:
Kailee Price of Sequim, Bachelor of Arts, history, magna cum laude.
Emily van Dyken of Port Angeles, Bachelor of Science, nursing, cum laude.
Syramol McIlmoil of Sequim, Bachelor of Science, honors in biochemistry.
Nicholas Fritschler of Port Angeles, Bachelor of Science, mechanical engineering.
The university also announced that several area students were named to its dean’s list and its president’s list.
The students on the president’s list are Kailee Price, Emily van Dyken and Nicholas Fritschler.
Students must earn a grade-point average from 3.85 to 4.0 to be named on the president’s list.
Port Angeles resident Anika van Dyken was named to the dean’s list.
Students must earn a grade-point average from 3.5 to 3.84 to be named on the dean’s list.
