■ Today at Castaways Restaurant and Night Club, 1213 Marine Drive, it’s Jerry’s country jam with guest singers Rusty and Duke from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
On Saturday, the Soul Ducks play upbeat, danceable rockabilly and blues from 8 p.m. to midnight. No cover.
■ Today at The Dam Bar, junction of U.S. Highway 101 and state Highway 112, Chip Norris hosts the jam session from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
■ Today at Bar N9ne, 229 W. First St., the open-mic variety show begins at 9 p.m.

High notes
■ Today, the free Port Townsend Concert on the Dock brings the Blue Holiday Band to Pope Marine Plaza in downtown Port Townsend from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with gates opening at 4:30 p.m. The group is composed of Frank Anderson, vocals; Randy Cole, basses; George Radebaugh, piano/keyboards; and Tim Sheffel, drums, and plays old-school R&B, blues, funk and jazz.
Attendees can bring picnics or find food to-go at local businesses.
A beer, wine and cider garden will be available.
■ From Friday through Sunday, there is a festival of music, food and fun in Port Ludlow at 121 Marina View Drive. Hear the Ian McFeron Band, Ranger and the Re-Arrangers, Buck Ellard, the Amber Waves band, Fat Chance and the Delta Rays. Local favorite Katelyn Hart performs Saturday evening, while Porto Alegre brings the music of Brazil and Latin America to the port.

■ On Friday, the third annual Jazz at the Schoolhouse at the Dungeness Schoolhouse, 2781 Townse Road, Sequim, features Linda Dowdell on piano; Craig Buhler on saxophone, clarinet and flute; Ted Enderle on bass; Terry Smith on drums; and special guest vocal artist Elinore O’Connell.
Admission is $20 for adults, $5 for students.
Ticket proceeds support scholarships for Summer Musical Theatre Intensive for Teens at the schoolhouse
■ On Saturday, Olympic Cellars, 255410 U.S. Highway 101, has another talented group at its summer concert series with The Senate Band playing two acoustic guitars, an upright bass and singing with three voices at 7 p.m.
This is a benefit performance for the Alzheimer’s Association of the North Olympic Peninsula.

■ On Sunday, Pato Banton and the Now Generation returns for a Sunday reggae concert at the Elks Naval Lodge ballroom, 131 E. First St., Port Angeles.

■ On Tuesday, the free Sequim Music in the Park show starts at 6 p.m. at Carrie Blake Park, 202 N. Blake Ave., with Joy in Mudville.
