PORT ANGELES — Lake Crescent Lodge has been cited as one of the three “most restful”‘ lodges in America’s national parks.
In an article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune, David and Kay Scott, authors of three national park guides, including Complete Guide to the National Park Lodges (Globe Pequot Press), said the lodge west of Port Angeles is “one of our favorite places to stay.”
The two other “most restful” lodges cited by the Scotts were Bluffs Lodge, tucked along the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina, and Big Meadows Lodge in Virginia’s Shenandoah National Park.
