PORT TOWNSEND — The Jefferson County Fair Association has added a two-day Holiday Fair to its list of annual attractions at the fairgrounds south of Port Townsend.
The first Holiday Fair will be held Nov. 6-7, and organizers say the event will allow vendors and shoppers alike to open the holiday shopping season.
The Holiday Fair joins The JeffCo Community Garage Sale, JeffCo Expo and Jefferson County Fair as events sponsored by the Jefferson County Fair Association.
Booth spaces for the Holiday Fair are now available, and all gift-type vendors are welcome.
Vendor fees are $30 for a 10-foot by 10-foot space, and $60 for a 10-foot by 20-foot booth. Spaces will be in heated buildings at the fairgrounds, and vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, said event organizer, Sue McIntire.
Other attractions — including decorated Christmas trees and visits from Santa Claus — will likely be added as the event approaches, McIntire said.
