PORT HADLOCK — The Jefferson County Library has announced more online services this week.
Library staff will be available between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays to answer questions by phone or email.
Patrons can call 360-385-6544 or email information@jclibrary.info.
The library’s wi-fi system will also be available 24-hours per day, seven days per week in the library parking lot, 620 Cedar Ave.
Additionally, some library programs will be streaming live on the Zoom platform:
Storytime: Storytime will be streamed from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays.
The free early literacy program is designed for preschoolers and their caregivers.
Quick Crafts for Kids: Scott Bahlmann, the youth services librarian, will demonstrate how to make a different toy or activity using basic household supplies weekly from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays.
Tech Tuesday: The technical education series will return on Tuesday, April 14 with a class on recognizing fake news.
Great Decisions 2020: The Great Decisions discussion group will continue online from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
The free discussion series is facilitated by Joyce Francis.
Next week’s topic will be “China’s Road into Latin America.”
Participants are asked to review the lecture handout and video before the group meets.
