PORT ANGELES — Live music will be on tap at lunch time as the Peninsula College Jazz Ensemble gives a free, public concert at the college’s Pirate Union Building, aka the PUB, this Tuesday.
Singer Robbin Eaves will front the 17-piece band, whose repertoire ranges from Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington and Dave Brubeck.
The band will also include some interesting jazz arrangements of more modern tunes by Soundgarden, Pat Matheny and Bob Curnow.
The hourlong concert will start at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the PUB, in the J building on campus at 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd.
