CHIMACUM — Both lanes now are open on state Highway 19 at Tall Tree Lane after a collision between a car and pickup truck pulling a travel trailer blocked the road earlier today.
The highway was blocked in both directions from 11:45 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., the state Department of Transportation said.
The driver of the car was taken to Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton with minor injuries related to friction against the seat belt and the airbag, East Jefferson Fire-Rescue said in a prepared statement.
No one else was hurt in the wreck near Chimacum, East Jefferson Fire-Rescue said in a prepared statement.

A late model Ford F-150 pulling a large recreational trailer was traveling north on Highway 19 — which is also Beaver Valley Road — when it slowed to turn left onto Tall Tree Lane.
A 1993 Nissan Altima with one adult and two children, which was also traveling north, attempted to pass the truck and trailer as it began its turn.
The Altima struck the truck in the area of the driver’s door and became partially wedged under it, the fire department said.
Momentum carried both vehicles into a ditch on the west side of the highway. The trailer blocked both lanes of the highway.
The two occupants of the Ford pickup and the children in the Altima were not hurt, the department said.
