SHINE — One lane of state Highway 104 at Center Road in Jefferson County is expected to be closed until 10 tonight due to emergency repairs, according to the state Department of Transportation.
Maintenance crews will perform pavement repairs there due to recent damage, and travelers will want to allow for extra time to reach their destinations, according to a Thursday press release.
Details on the nature of the damage to the roadway was not immediately available Thursday.
One-way, alternating traffic will be guided by flaggers during the work.
