PORT ANGELES — Dagim Teshome will discuss his role as coordinator of the Great Ethiopian Run at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St., at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
This presentation is free and open to the public.
He will discuss the challenges of planning a run in Ethiopia and share information about what life is like in the capital and largest city of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa.
Teshome was invited to help with the 2013 North Olympic Discovery Marathon by race coordinators Michelle and Larry Little.
He served as a race starter and shadowed Michelle and Larry Little as they prepared and carried out the tasks for the marathon this weekend.
