FORKS — There will be two summer meal locations for school-age children who live in the West End.
Concerned Citizens will provide breakfast and lunch to children ages 1 to 18 Monday through Friday from July 18 through Aug. 20 at four locations in Forks.
Meals for the weekend will be available to take home on Fridays. They are:
• Concerned Citizens Family First Center, 945 S. Forks Ave., 11:15 a.m. to noon
• Alder Grove Mobile Home Park, 1886 Calaway Way, 11:15 a.m. to 11:35 a.m.
• Forks Mobile Home Park, 621 Calaway Way, 11:45 a.m. to 12:05 p.m.
• Catherine of Siena Apartments, 351 Founder’s Way, 12:15 p.m. to 12:35 p.m.
The Quillayute Valley School District’s summer food program for children ages 2-18 runs through July 17, serving breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. and lunch from noon to 1 p.m. on the following days:
• July 1-3
• July 8-12
Children don’t have to be enrolled in summer school to participate and they must eat their meal in the cafeteria (it’s not grab-and-go).
