SEQUIM — Nash’s Farm Store will host free presentations on bread and grain by local chefs and bakers.
Victoria Miller, author of “From No-Knead to Sourdough,” will discuss baking sourdough bread at 11 a.m. Saturday.
Attendees should bring a container to take some sourdough starter home in.
Gabriel Schuenemann will discuss his journey to creating bread at 4 p.m. Tuesday, June 11.
Schuenemann is the owner and chef at the Alder Wood Bistro in Sequim.
Ankur Shah will share tips and ideas for making bread at home at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 15.
Shah is the author of “Cooking com Bigode.”
All the classes will be held at the Nash’s, located at 4681 Sequim-Dungeness Way.
