SEQUIM –– Four adults were hospitalized after a two-car crash Thursday afternoon on U.S. Highway 101 at the Kitchen-Dick Road intersection.
Patrick Young, spokesman for Clallam County Rural Fire District 3, said a Honda Accord carrying one man and one woman and a Mitsubishi sedan carrying one man and one woman crashed in an apparent T-bone collision at the intersection at about 2:50 p.m.
Young said all four passengers were transported to Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
He did not identify the people in the cars.
The state Department of Transportation said the roadway was blocked with a detour in place briefly after the wreck.
The State Patrol did not have details of the wreck Thursday afternoon.
