Forks woman who drove off road on U.S. Highway 101 is out of hospital

LILLIWAUP –– A Forks woman who drove off U.S. Highway 101 on Wednesday morning was treated and discharged from Mason General Hospital in Shelton by Wednesday afternoon, according to the hospital.

Brandi Oswood, 29, was driving on Highway 101 about 7 miles north of Lilliwaup in Mason County when she drove off the road, hitting several trees, according to the State Patrol.

Oswood was cited for second-degree negligent driving.

No one else was involved in the collision.
