Calls for bids and economic development councils will be before Peninsula boards and commissions this week.

Clallam County Commissioners

The three Clallam County commissioners are expected to call for bids for the Towne Road/Dungeness levee surfacing project during their weekly work session Monday.

The commissioners’ work session, at 9 a.m. Monday, will preview items set for action at their formal meeting, which starts at 10 a.m. Tuesday.

• A call for a public hearing at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 16, regarding a proposed ordinance to update the county’s recreation master plan.

• A review of county budget performance through February 2024.

• A request for qualifications and proposals for hearing examiner. Proposals must be received by 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 7.

The Washington State Association of Counties will hear a weekly update on COVID-19 when they meet at noon Monday.

Both Clallam and Jefferson counties will participate.

Clallam County Public Utility District
