EYE ON JEFFERSON: PUD to discuss pact, rates

Jefferson County Public Utility District commissioners will discuss an interlocal agreement with the city of Port Townsend and will continue discussion on proposed electric rate increases for 2021-2024 at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Quilcene school

The Quilcene School Board will discuss the preliminary budget when they meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

The meeting is in the school’s multipurpose room at 294715 U.S. Highway 101, Quilcene.

The board will also hear a variety of year end reports.

Port Townsend schools

The Port Townsend School Board will meet in executive session at 4:30 P.m. Thursday before its regular work/study meeting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.

The meeting will be in the gymnasium at Blue Heron Middle School, 3939 San Juan Ave. The public may attend in-person; health attestations, temperature checks, face masks and physical distancing will be required.

Fire District 3

Clallam County Fire District 3 commissioners will consider a vaccination clinic recap when they meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday.
