The commissioners will hear an update on COVID-19 from Dr. Allison Berry, health officer for Jefferson and Clallam counties, at 9:45 a.m., consider climate action goals and hear a briefing on the current status and Phase 2 plans for the Mill Road/Caswell-Brown Village.

• An annual community services agreement for 2022 with the Jefferson County Conservation District.
• An interlocal agreement with Kitsap and Clallam counties and the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe to contract with the state Health Care Authority to administer behavioral health services.
• A change order to the pavement marking contract adding $144,220 in funding for 2022.
• A contract with the Department of Transportation for $26,761 to conduct bridge inspections in 2022.
• Lodging tax grants, totalling $162,030, for the Emerald Town Alliance, $14,500; Jefferson County Historical Society, $72,530; and Stronger Towns, doing business as The Production Alliance, $75,000.
• An amendment to the contract for behavioral health counseling at Chimacum High School adding $7,200 of funding.

• An amendment to the contract with the Department of Corrections to increase the daily rate that Corrections is billed when the county houses DOC offenders to $87.92 per day.
• An agreement with Justice AV solutions for $5,510 to provide Safeguard maintenance to the district court.
• Affordable housing/homeless grants, totalling $458,588, for Bayside Housing, $35,000 and $28,000; Olympic Community Action Programs, $40,000 and $218,000; Dove House, $87,588; and Habitat for Humanity for Humanity, $50,000.
