The Port Townsend School Board will consider amending and approving the superintendent’s contract extension Monday.
The special meeting will be at 4 p.m. in Room S-11 of the Gael Stuart Building at 1610 Blaine St.
An executive session will be conducted if needed.
Jefferson PUD
Jefferson County Public Utility District commissioners will discuss the development of a marijuana resolution when they meet Tuesday.
The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. at 250 Chimacum Road, Port Hadlock.
The resolution is in response to a possible policy from the Bonneville Power Authority, a federal agency, regarding the provision of electrical power to marijuana growers.
Commissioners also will consider action on a loan guarantee with Northwest Open Access Network and discuss rotating board meeting locations.
Port Townsend city
The Port Townsend City Council will not conduct a business meeting this week.
Council office hours, during which members of the public can discuss any topic with a member of the City Council, take place from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday in the mayor’s office at historic City Hall, 540 Water St.
City offices will be closed Friday for the Fourth of July holiday.
Other city meetings, which are conducted in conference rooms in City Hall at 250 Madison St., set this week are:
■ Civil Service Commission — Special meeting from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, third-floor conference room.
■ Arts Commission — 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, third-floor conference room.
■ Non-Motorized Transportation Advisory Board — 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, first-floor conference room.
Jefferson Healthcare hospital
Jefferson Healthcare commissioners will review polices and bylaws at a special session Monday.
The session will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the hospital auditorium, 832 Sheridan St., Port Townsend.
Commissioners will continue review and revision of policy and bylaws.
They also will head an update from administration.
Quilcene schools
The Quilcene School Board will conduct a public hearing for the 2014-15 budget, then consider adopting it, when it meets Wednesday.
The board will meet at 4:30 p.m. in the library at the school at 294715 U.S. Highway 101.
The board also will discuss reimbursement for travel expenses.
Jefferson County
Jefferson County commissioners will not meet this week.
Their next meeting will be at 9 p.m. July 7 in their chambers at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson St., Port Townsend.
