The Port Townsend City Council will review the final language of the multi-family tax exemption program ordinance when it meets at 6:30 p.m. Monday.
The meeting will be in council chambers at historic City Hall, 540 Water St.
Other items on the agenda are a resolution appointing community stakeholder task for lead for city manager recruitment and a resolution authoring a contract for website design with Municipal Code Corporation.
Other city committee meetings, which are in conference rooms in City Hall, 250 Madison St., unless otherwise noted, are:
• Public Art Committee — 3 p.m. Wednesday, first-floor conference room.
• Climate Action Committee — 3:30 p.m., Cotton Building, 607 Water St.
County commission
The three Jefferson County commissioners will consider a memorandum of agreement with Washington State University in which the county provides $109,077 in funding when they meet at 9 a.m. Monday.
The meeting will be in commissioners’ chambers at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson St., Port Townsend.
The agreement covers the extension service, 4-H, farm manager and small farms coordinator.
Commissioners also will consider a $49,475 contract with McMcoy Electric Co., Inc. of North Plains, Ore., for improving parking lot lighting at the Castle Hill Complex.
They will consider certification of the use of some — about 17 percent — of road levy funds for traffic law enforcement.
They are expected to issue a request for proposal for solid waste transportation and disposal.
Port of Port Townsend
Port of Port Townsend commissioners will consider appointing members to the Leasing Policy Advisory Committee when they meet in regular session at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The regular session will be in chambers at 333 Benedict St. It will be preceded by a public workshop at 3 p.m. to discuss budget priorities for 2019.
Commissioners also will consider accepting a grant and awarding a contract for phase 2 of a runway rehabilitation project at the Jefferson County International Airport
They will consider a public-private partnership for development and operation of a pumpout boat and awarding a contract for workyard resurfacing.
An executive session is planned to discuss potential litigation.
Chimacum School
The Chimacum School Board will hear a final vote tally for the Aug. 7 capital levy when they meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
The meeting will be at Chimacum High School, 91 West Valley Road.
The superintendent also will discuss the fifth community digital engagement as well as the academic improvement plan.
Jefferson Transit
Jefferson Transit board members will conduct a public hearing for the Transit Development Plan/Transportation Improvement Plan when they meet at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The board will meet at the transit facility at 63 Four Corners Road.
Following the hearing, they will consider approval of the plans.
Jefferson Healthcare
Jefferson Healthcare commissioners will consider medical staff credentials, appointments and reappointments when they meet at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
The board will meet in the Victor J. Dirksen Conference Room on the first floor of 834 Sheridan St.
Commissioners also will hear reports on finances and quality.
Fire District 3
Clallam County Fire District 3 commissioners will hear reports on logistics and risk reduction when they meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday.
Commissioners meet at 323 N. Fifth Ave., Sequim.
They also will receive a 2018 wildland billing update.
The district covers the east side of Clallam County with a small portion in Jefferson County.
Port Townsend schools
The Port Townsend School Board’s Thursday board retreat has been cancelled and will be rescheduled.
