Commissioners will meet with the acting county administrator and the chief civil deputy prosecuting attorney in two executive sessions, one to discuss potential litigation and a second to discuss actual litigation.
Although it is not on the agenda, Commissioner Kate Dean said Friday that Mark McCauley, the county central services director who became acting county administrator Friday is expected to be named interim county administrator on Monday. Friday was longtime county administrator Philip Morley’s last day.
