The board will hear the Jefferson Healthcare report, the community health division report and discuss the New England Journal of Medicine editorial “Dying in a Leadership Vacuum.”
The meeting includes a public hearing on proposed changes to the environmental public health fee schedule.
The board will also receive a pre-adoption briefing on a proposed county enforcement code, a public hearing date will be determined later.
There will be a discussion concerning revisions to the basic sanitation code in regard to non-permitted living conditions.
The board also will hear COVID-19 situation report concerning changes to the state’s Safe Start WA plan and preparations for the flu season.
Port Townsend city
The Port Townsend City Council will discuss the request for proposals and public process results concerning the Port Townsend Golf Club when it meets at 6:30 p.m. Monday.

Port of Port Townsend commissioners will discuss boat ramp projects at Mats Mats Bay and in Gardiner during a workshop meeting at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
There will also be a presentation concerning the Molo marina management software platform.
The commissioners will discuss a resolution for a comprehensive scheme of harbor improvements and a draft of the 2021 budget in a regular session at 1 p.m.
