The three Jefferson County commissioners will consider approving a development agreement and development regulations for the Pleasant Harbor Master Planned Resort at 6 p.m. Monday.
The meeting will be in Superior Court courtroom at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson St., Port Townsend.
At the morning meeting beginning at 9 a.m., commissioners will consider six potential appointments to a review committee on commercial shooting facilities.
Commissioners also will discuss the comprehensive plan periodic review and update. The update became available for public review on Wednesday.
They will consider changing the format of the commissioner meeting minutes to record board action only.
Items on the consent agenda include:
• Notice of a hearing at 10 a.m. April 23 on first quarter budget appropriations/extensions.
• Call for bids for pavement marking on county roads. Bids are to be opened April 30.
• Approval of $266,500 contract with Allen Shearer Trucking and Landscape Supply, Inc., of Belfair for crushed aggregate for roadways in 2018 and 2019.
• Approval of $14,780 contract with Double D Electric of Hadlock for construction to provide power for a new pedestal-mounted crane at the Jefferson County Transfer Station.
• Approval of a grant of $51,542 from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for emergency management staffing.
• Approval of $131,677 contract with Hanson Excavation LLC of Shelton for permanent repair of Dosewallips Road.
PT City Council
The Port Townsend City Council will consider on a first reading an ordinance stating intent to put on a ballot the proposed annexation into the East Jefferson Fire Rescue district when it meets at 6:30 p.m. Monday.
The special meeting will be in council chambers at historic City Hall, 540 Water St.
Final approval of the ordinance is expected April 23.
The council will discuss the critical areas ordinance update at a workshop at 7 p.m. A pubic hearing is tentatively set for May 7.
The council also will hear a progress report on the stormwater management plan.

• Planning Commission — 6:30 p.m. Thursday, City Hall council chambers, 540 Water St. A public hearing will be held on proposed revisions to the critical areas ordinance.
Conservation Futures
The Jefferson County Conservation Futures Committee will visit project sites when they meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Members will meet at the Haines Park & Ride at 8:30 a.m. They will visit sites until 4:15 p.m.
Port of Port Townsend
Port of Port Townsend commissioners will consider issues related to the replacement of the Point Hudson south jetty when they meet in regular session at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
The session will be in chambers, 333 Benedict St.
Commissioners will consider cash-flow effects on bonding for the jetty, a resolution establishing a donation fund for the jetty and the lease proposal put forth by the Northwest Maritime Center.
Public Utility District
Jefferson County Public Utility District commissioners will discuss telecom strategies at a special meeting at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
The meeting will be at the Jefferson PUD Operations Center, 310 Four Corners Road.
Commissioners will hear a presentation from Rob Kopp, Northwest Open Access Network (NOANET) project coordinator.
At 11 a.m. Wednesday, commissioners will discuss Kala Point’s septic and sewer system and proposed rate changes.
The meeting will be in the Kala Point Clubhouse, 310 Sailview Drive, Port Townsend.
Chimacum School
The Chimacum School Board will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
The meeting will be at Chimacum High School, 91 West Valley Road.
No agenda was available as of Saturday.
Peninsula College
The Peninsula College Board of Trustees will hold its monthly meeting in Forks on Tuesday.
The meeting will begin at 2:30 p.m. in The Commons at the Forks campus, 481 S. Forks Ave.
