The three Jefferson County commissioners will discuss a contract for $65,500 with Transpo Group USA Inc. for work on an update to the transportation and growth area elements of the county’s comprehensive plan at a meeting Monday.

Parks, Recreation and Tree Advisory Board
The Parks, Recreation and Tree Advisory Board will meet Tuesday for staff reports and discussions.

Items on the agenda include:
• Reports on swim team management, recreation and park maintenance.
• An updated report on the city leash law and off-leash areas.
• An Arbor Day activities report.

Schools
The Port Townsend School Board will receive a capital levy update and approve new operating principles for the board and superintendent at a meeting Monday.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the Gael Stuart Building, 1610 Blaine St.

• Accepting the resignations of Gail Gronwall, Nathan Land and Erica Dirksen.
• Accepting donations from the University Women’s Foundation and the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe.
Port of Port Townsend
Commissioners will meet in a special meeting Monday for a second reading of the 2017 budget.
The meeting will start at 1 p.m. in chambers at 333 Benedict St.
Commissioners will meet Wednesday for a public hearing on the 2017 operating and capital budgets and the 2017 property tax levy.
The board may also take action on bids for the Boat Haven breakwater.

Chimacum School Board
The Chimacum School Board will meet Wednesday to take action on a four-year maintenance and operations levy.
It is also expected to accept the resignation of board director Anna C. (Cammy) Brown and the timeline and process to fill that vacancy.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at Chimacum High School, 91 West Valley Road.
Development authority board
The Fort Worden Public Development Authority board will meet Wednesday to consider a contract for expanded architectural and engineering services for Makers Square.
The board will also consider a resolution to enter into agreement with the state Auditor’s Office to prepare an auditor’s report.
The meeting will start at 9 a.m. at Commons B at Fort Worden, 200 Battery Way.
