The three Jefferson County commissioners will review an update of the parks, recreation and open space plan when they meet Monday.
The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. in chambers, 1820 Jefferson St.
The review of the update of the 2002 plan will be at 2:45 p.m. Commissioners are expected to provide input on the parks plan and a public hearing.
Commissioners also will consider certifying the county’s capital assets — real property, roads, bridges, buildings, parks and trails.
Commissioners will hear an update on the 2014 accomplishments of the Noxious Weed Control Board program at 1:30 p.m.
At 2:14 p.m., they will review the Open Public Meetings Act.
Items on the consent agenda include:
■ A call for bids for the Paradise Bay Road phase two project, accepted until 9:30 a.m. March 23.
■ An agreement to allocate $12,900 for community grant funding supporting the Port Townsend Senior Association.
■ An agreement to seek grant funding in the amount of $55,664 for the Jefferson County Historical Society, $58,500 for the Gateway Visitors Center and 91,425 for the Tourism Coordinating Council.
■ An agreement to subsidize marketing coordinator services in the amount of $1,000 per month to the Tourism Coordinating Council.
Port Townsend city
The Port Townsend Parks, Recreation and Tree Advisory Board will hear reports on the Mountain View master plan, bike park, dog park, adopt-a-park program and city pool when it meets Tuesday.
The panel will meet from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday in the first-floor conference room at City Hall, 250 Madison St.
The Port Townsend City Council will not meet this week.
Council office hours, during which members of the public can discuss any topic with a member of the City Council, take place from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the mayor’s office at historic City Hall, 540 Water St.
Other city meetings, which are in conference rooms at City Hall, 250 Madison St., unless otherwise noted, are:
■ Comprehensive Plan Technical Committee — 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, third-floor conference room.
■ Climate Action Committee — 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Cotton Building, 607 Water St.
Port of Port Townsend
The Port of Port Townsend will hold a commissioners retreat Monday.
It takes place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Inn at Port Ludlow, 1 Heron Road.
During the retreat, commissioners and staff will discuss the future direction of the port as well as individual responsibilities and how it can become more effective.
A regular commissioners meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in chambers, 333 Benedict St., where the Team Jefferson contract will be discussed.
Port Townsend schools
The Port Townsend School Board will discuss policies and board self-assessment results when it meets Monday.
The board will meet at 6 p.m. in Room S-11 at the Gael Stuart Building, 1610 Blaine St.
Board members will consider a policy on meeting conduct, order of business and quorum and one on suicide prevention, and discuss board assessment results.
Public development authority
The Fort Worden Public Development Authority will discuss the Building 202 project at a meeting Wednesday.
The meeting will be from 9 a.m. to noon at Fort Worden Commons.
