The three Jefferson County commissioners will discuss establishing a regulatory reform program when they meet at 9 a.m. Monday.
The meeting will be in commissioners’ chambers at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson St., Port Townsend.
The resolution for regulatory reform would be a joint resolution with the Board of Health which will affect economic development, affordable housing, residential development, environmental protection and adaptation to climate change.
Commissioners also will be briefed on revised federal rate insurance maps and a flood insurance study report.
Items on the consent agenda include:
• A $35,000 contract with McCarthy & Causseaux for hearing examiner services.
• Contributing $7,500 to a state study of the Dosewallips State Park to see if it could take on some of the needs of Brinnon.
• A $461,321 contract with lakeside Industries, Inc., for the South Discovery Road pavement Preservation Project.
• A letter of support for listing the pinto abalone as a state endangered species.
Port Townsend city
The Port Townsend Planning Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
The meeting will be in council chambers at historic City Hall, 540 Water St.
No agenda was available as of Saturday.

• Parks, Recreation and Tree Advisory Board — 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, first-floor conference room, 250 Madison St.
• Council Finance and Budget Committee — 3 p.m. Friday, council chambers at 540 Water St.; special meeting.
Port of Port Townsend
Port of Port Townsend commissioners will consider a resolution for a multi-year levy period hen they meet in regular session at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The meeting will be in chambers, 333 Benedict St.
They also will consider Department of Fish and Wildlife and Kimmel’s Krab Shack leases, and be briefed on the Port Townsend Marine Science Center.
Chimacum schools
The Chimacum School Board will hear of recommendations for declining enrollment when it meets at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
The meeting will be at Chimacum High School, 91 West Valley Road.
The superintendent also will present an overview of the process leading to passage of the 2019-20 budget.
The board will consider final approval of a policy for excused and unexcused absences.
Jefferson Healthcare
Jefferson Healthcare commissioners will hear reports on finances and quality when they meet at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The board will meet in the Victor J. Dirksen Conference Room on the first floor of 834 Sheridan St.
Commissioners also will hear a population health update.
Development authority
The Fort Worden Public Development Authority board will consider facilitating website improvements when it meets at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
The meeting will be in Room B at Commons Building 210 at Fort Worden.
The board will consider allowing the executive director to contract with a firm for website improvements.
It will hear reports on Makers Square, glamping, marketing, Fourth of July, and a surplus “sale.”
