The commissioners will hear an update on COVID-19 from Dr. Allison Berry and Dr. Tom Locke at 9:45 a.m., conduct a hearing on the 2021 second quarter budget appropriations at 10:30 a.m., conduct a hearing on amending the county code in regard to public infrastructure fund distributions at 11 a.m., and receive a briefing on the status of refunds related to the Blake decision.
Items on the consent agenda include resolutions regarding the Quilcene rural drop box petty cash fund, court improvement coordinators, school-based substance abuse preventive services, a pollution prevention partnership and commitments for CARES Act and American Rescue Plan Act funds.

Association of counties
The Washington State Association of Counties will hear a weekly update on COVID-19 when they meet at noon Monday.
Both Clallam and Jefferson counties will participate.

The Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board will conduct a special meeting of its capital improvement plan sub-committee at 2 p.m. Thursday.
The meeting will be in the public works office, 623 Sheridan St.
The sub-committee will review the long-range capital improvement plan review.
Port Townsend city
The Port Townsend City Council finance and budget committee will conduct a 2021 mid-year financial review and discuss its 2021 revenue projections when it meets at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
