The three Clallam County commissioners will open bids for phase one of the Lower Dungeness River Floodplain Restoration and Levee/Road Realignment Project when they meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
The Tuesday meeting will be preceded by a work session on Monday at 9 a.m.

The work session also will preview items set for action at Tuesday’s formal meeting. Agenda items include adoption of 2021 Solid Waste management Plan and discussions on mental health court, the Shoreline Master Program and CARES funding.
Association of counties
The Washington State Association of Counties will hear a weekly update on COVID-19 when they meet at noon Monday.
Both Clallam and Jefferson counties will participate.

The Port Angeles City Council will consider recommendations for use of American Rescue Plan Act funding when it meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
