Port of Port Angeles commissioners will discuss potential John Wayne Marina requests for information at a special meeting at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
The special meeting will be in City Council chambers at Port Angeles City Hall, 321 E. Fifth. St.
No action will be taken on the selection of a proposal or the future of John Wayne Marina in Sequim.
Upon completion of the agenda item, the commission will recess and move back to the Port of Port Angeles commission meeting room at 338 W. First St. in Port Angeles to complete the remainder of its regularly scheduled meeting.
Agenda items for the remainder of the meeting include:
• A William R. Fairchild International Airport runway geotechnical assessment report.
• A marine equipment trade show recap.
• A Peninsula Rifle and Pistol Club lease.
• A U.S. Department of Transportation lease.
• A possible lease at 2007 S. O Street.
• 2020 Community Partner Program grant awards.
• A Clallam County interlocal broadband agreement.

County commissioners
Clallam County commissioners will discuss administrative reorganization when they meet at 9 a.m. Monday.
The work session will be in the commissioners’ board room (160) at the Clallam County Courthouse, 223 E. Fourth St., Port Angeles.
The discussion will include a new concept for the improved organization of executive and administrative activities at the county and a deputy administrator’s position to improve managerial support and oversight for all administrative departments, according to an executive summary.
Other agenda items for the work session include:
• An update on the Clallam Conservation District.
• A noxious weed update.
• An agreement with Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe for confinement of tribal youth.
• A resolution establishing a position in support of the Port Angeles School District’s proposed capital projects levy.
Commissioners will hold their regular business meeting at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Action items include:
• A notice of Dec. 31 hearing regarding a proposed code addition entitled Redirection of Existing Sales and Use Tax Revenues for Affordable Housing — House Bill 1406.
• A public hearing on a resolution to continue to collect lodging tax pursuant to state law.
• A continued public hearing regarding a resolution adopting the 2020 county budget and emergency appropriations.
Public Utility District
Clallam County Public Utility District commissioners will consider adopting electric, water and wastewater operating fund budgets and establishing electric system rate schedules at 1:30 p.m. Monday.
The meeting will be in the Lake Crescent Boardroom at the Carlsborg main office at 104 Hooker Road.
Other agenda items include the 2020 strategic plan and the authorization of the disposal of a surplus power ventilator.
Conservation District
The Clallam Conservation District board will consider a well meter installation reimbursement policy at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
The meeting will be in Suite H at Armory Square, 228 W. First St., Port Angeles.
Other agenda items include a well metering pilot project update, a discussion on the 2020 work plan and cooperator and cost-share agreements.
Sequim City Council
The Sequim City Council will present its legislative priorities to the 24th District legislators when it meets at 5 p.m. Monday.
The council will meet in the Sequim Civic Center at 152 W. Cedar St.
The council also will consider approving a preliminary binding site plan for a 217-unit manufactured home park.
Lavender Meadows would be on 38.3 acres adjacent to the south side of Port Williams Road and the east side of North Sequim Ave.
Candace Pratt and Bob Lake will be recognized for their service on the City Council.
Forks City Council
The Forks City Council will consider approving a 2020 budget at 7:30 p.m. Monday.
The meeting will be at Forks City Hall, 500 E. Division St.
Other agenda items include a resolution of intent pursuant to House Bill 1406 and retainage of state sales and use tax for affordable housing.
Peninsula College
The Peninsula College Board of Trustees will hold its monthly meeting Tuesday.
The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. in the Cornaby Center on the Peninsula College Port Angeles campus.
