Clallam County commissioners will discuss moving the Emergency Operation Center at a meeting that will begin at 9 a.m. Monday.
The work session will be in the commissioners’ board room (160) at the Clallam County Courthouse, 223 E. Fourth St., Port Angeles.
The discussion about the Emergency Operation Center will begin near the end of the meeting at 1 p.m.
Other agenda items for the work session include:
• Agreements with Coordinated Care Corporation and Coordinated Care of Washington, Inc. to provide health care services to youth.
• A contract with Legal Files Software, Inc. to provide legal files case management software.
• A contract extension with Bode Cellmark Forensics, Inc. for forensic testing services related to the Tommy Ross case.
• A contract extension with Shannon & Wilson, Inc. for engineering design of the Lower Dungeness River floodplain restoration and levee realignment project.
• An interlocal agreement with Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe to provide restoration services for the lower Dungeness River corridor on the floodplain restoration project area.
• Establishing a 2020 Census “Complete County Committee.”
• Designation of a chair and vice chair for the Board of County Commissioners for 2019.
• A resolution for commissioner involvement on advisory boards for 2019.
• Clallam County’s mineral resource lands and mineral resource overlay process.
Commissioners will conduct a regular business meeting at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Action items include:
• A lease agreement with the city of Forks for office space for District Court II.
• A contract extension with Gray & Osborne, Inc. to complete the Clallam Bay/Sekiu general sewer/wastewater facilities plan.
• A supplemental contract with Berber ABAM, Inc. to provide construction support services for the Ward Bridge scour repair project.
• A contract with the state Health Care Authority for providing outreach and linkage activities for Medicaid eligible clients.
• A contract amendment with the state Department of Health to add a statement of work for Suicide Prevention Works!
• An agreement with Kitsap Public Health District for funds to provide staffing to develop and implement tobacco and marijuana prevention support to youth.
• An agreement with the state Department of Commerce for the 2019 STOP Violence Against Women formula grant.
• Resolution authorizing Joe Swordmaker, lead county right-of-way agent, to sign closing documents with Olympic Peninsula Title Company for property located at 132 Deer Park Road.
Port of Port Angeles
Port of Port Angeles commissioners will hear an update on John Wayne Marina on Monday.
The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. in the Port Administration Building, 338 W. First St., Port Angeles.
Other agenda items include lease agreements and approval of log stacker purchase authority.
Public Utility District
Clallam County Public Utility District commissioners will consider adopting electric operating, water operating and wastewater operating funds Monday.
The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Lake Crescent Boardroom at the Carlsborg main office at 104 Hooker Road.
Other agenda items include:
• Approval of the district’s 2019 strategic plan.
• Establishing the current schedule of deposits and charges.
• An amendment to the district’s health care plan.
• Establishing titles and monthly salary ranges for staff.
• A change order to a 2016 water system plan agreement.
• An invitation to bid for the Deer Park Road pumping project.
Sequim City Council
The Sequim City Council will consider an interlocal agreement with the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe for wastewater treatment services for the Blyn area when it meets at 5 p.m. Monday.
The council will meet in Sequim Civic Center, 152 W. Cedar St.
The council also will conduct a public hearing on interim regulations in Economic Opportunity Areas (EOAs). The interim ordinance was approved on Nov. 13.
Also before the council will be an interlocal agreement for a criminal justice system efficiency study with the City of Port Angeles and Clallam County.
Sequim schools
The Sequim School Board will review the performance of a public employee in an executive session at 5 p.m. Monday.
The special meeting will be in the board room at the district office, 503 N. Sequim Ave.
No action is expected.
Port Angeles schools
The Port Angeles School Board will elect officers and consider the year-end budget status when it meets at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
The board will meet in the Central Services Building, 216 E. Fourth St.

Forks City Council
The Forks City Council will consider adopting a 2019 budget Monday.
The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Forks City Hall, 500 E. Division St., Forks.
Other agenda items include a public hearing on a county-wide Growth Management Act planning policies.
Peninsula College
The Peninsula College Board of Trustees will meet at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
The meeting will be in the Cornaby Center on the Port Angeles campus.

The Clallam Conservation District board will discuss the 2019 work plan and budget Tuesday.
The meeting will begin at 3 p.m. in Suite H at Armory Square, 228 W. First St., Port Angeles.
Other agenda items include a Golden Sands and Dungeness on-site septic repair update, a Dungeness well metering pilot project update, the 2019 election and cooperator and cost-share agreements.
