The three Clallam County commissioners will consider an agreement with Black Ball Transport, Inc. for $4,950,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funds when they meet at 9 a.m. Monday for a work session.

Commissioners will not conduct a Tuesday session because they will attend a Washington State Association of Counties conference in Spokane on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
