The three Clallam County commissioners will consider an agreement with the Jamestown S’Klallam tribe for an Olympia oyster restoration project Tuesday.
The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. in the commissioners’ boardroom (160) at the Clallam County Courthouse, 223 E. Fourth St., Port Angeles.
Other agenda items include:
■ A contract amendment with New Growth Behavioral Health Services extending funding for mental health services.
■ A contract amendment with Olympic Personal Growth extending funding for chemical dependency services.
■ Contract amendments with Peninsula Behavioral Health extending funding for behavioral health services to youths in the juvenile justice system and extending funding for psychiatric nurse practitioner and other mental health services.
■ A contract amendment with Reflections Counseling Services Group extending funding for chemical dependency and mental health services.
■ An agreement with the state Office of Civil Legal Aid for reimbursement of attorneys appointed to represent certain children in dependency proceedings.
■ An agreement with the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs and Friendship Diversion Services for activities related to a 24-hour sobriety program established by recent legislation.
■ A contract supplement with the Department of the Army renewing a license for use of a communication tower and building at Maynard Hill.
■ An agreement with the state Department of Commerce Community Services and Housing Division funding investigation, disruption and prosecution of drug and gang organizations.
■ A change order with Stoptech Ltd. extending a substantial completion date and adding 20 more buttons for the courthouse panic alarm system.
■ An agreement with the Storm King Soccer Club for use of the Agnew Soccer Fields.
■ An agreement with the state Department of Commerce for a Growth Management Act update.
Commissioners will meet in the same room at 9 a.m. Monday for their weekly work session:
Discussion items include clarification of the county’s ability to loan money to other taxing districts, a request for reconsideration of pay and working conditions for an exempt employee, and a report on shoreline development in marine areas and scheduling a public outreach meeting.
Planning Commission
The Clallam County Planning Commission will hold a continued work session on the draft Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan on Wednesday.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the commissioners’ meeting room (160) at the Clallam County Courthouse.
Port Angeles city
Port Angeles City Council members will conduct the first of two public hearings on the city’s proposed 2015-2020 capital facilities plan when they meet Tuesday.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m., with the hearing to start at or around 6:30 p.m., in council chambers at City Hall, 321 E. Fifth St.
Council members will hold a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. to conduct an executive session for the purposes of discussing potential litigation with legal counsel.
The five-year plan outlines capital facilities projects and their costs for each of the city’s main departments.
Council members also will discuss Civic Field funding options.
Other agenda items include:
■ First reading of a suite of 2014 city budget amendments.
■ Second reading and consideration of an ordinance increasing fees collected for public records requests.
■ First reading of a street tree ordinance.
■ A $198,953 contract with Tacoma-based Salish Construction for replacement of power transmission poles along I Street.
■ A $127,221.25 contract with ADS Environmental Services for required monitoring of the city’s combined sewer overflow events.
■ A $39,050 increase in the city’s share of the ongoing Port Angeles Harbor cleanup study.

The Clallam County Public Utility District commissioners’ meeting for Monday has been canceled.
The next meeting will be July 7.
Olympic Medical Center
The Olympic Medical Center commissioners’ meeting for Wednesday has been canceled.
The next meeting will be July 16.
