■ Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce — Twice-monthly luncheon meetings are held on the first and third Mondays at noon in the second-floor meeting room of the Red Lion Hotel, 221 N. Lincoln St.
This Monday’s meeting will feature candidates for Port Angeles School District director positions.
The luncheon is $15; pay the meeting room cashier.
For those not having lunch, there is a $3 participation fee that includes a beverage.
■ Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce — Weekly luncheon meetings are held Mondays at noon at the Port Townsend Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St.
This Monday’s meeting will feature Terry Ward, Sound Publishing’s new regional publisher for their Olympic Peninsula newspapers, including the Peninsula Daily News, on media management and digital innovation pertaining to circulation, advertising, marketing, sales and news delivery.
The forum sponsor is Kitsap Bank.
■ Forks Chamber of Commerce — Luncheon meetings are Wednesdays at noon at Blakeslee’s Bar & Grill, 1222 S. Forks Ave.
This Wednesday’s agenda was not available by press time.
Lunch is $9.75 and will include an entree and sides. Soup of the day will be clam chowder.
■ Port Angeles Business Association — Meetings are held Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. at Joshua’s Restaurant, 113 DelGuzzi Drive.
This Tuesday’s meeting will be on the Port Angeles fluoridation advisory survey, set to be sent Nov. 6. Dr. Bill Osmunson, a Neah Bay dentist, will speak on the anti-fluoride stand
There is a $3 minimum charge by Joshua’s for those who do not order breakfast.
