■ Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce — Twice-monthly luncheon meetings are held on the first and third Mondays at noon in the second-floor meeting room of the Red Lion Hotel, 221 N. Lincoln St.
Monday’s program will discuss Clallam County economic development strategy. Featured speakers will be Jim Hallett, one of the three Port of Port Angeles commissioners, and Jim McEntire, one of the three Clallam County commissioners.
Tickets for the luncheon are $15 and can be purchased from the meeting room cashier. For those not having lunch, there is a $3 participation fee that includes a beverage.
■ Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce — Weekly luncheon meetings are held Mondays at noon at the Port Townsend Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St.
This Monday’s scheduled speaker will be New American Funding office manager Emily Ingram on real estate and mortgage lending in Jefferson County.
The meeting sponsor will be the Jefferson County YMCA.
■ Forks Chamber of Commerce — Luncheon meetings are Wednesdays at noon at JT’s Sweet Stuffs, 80 N. Forks Ave.
This Wednesday’s meeting will feature Forks City Attorney/Planner Rod Fleck on the city’s effort to update its Growth Management Act Comprehensive Plan for the Forks urban growth area.
Lunch costs $8; a bowl of soup, $4.99; and a cup of soup, $3.99 (all prices plus tax). The entree is chef salad.
■ Port Angeles Business Association — Meetings are Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. at Joshua’s Restaurant, 113 DelGuzzi Drive.
This Tuesday’s featured speaker will be Port of Port Angeles Commissioner Colleen McAleer reviewing her first year in office.
There is a $3 minimum charged by Joshua’s for those who do not order breakfast.
