ELECTION RESULTS — From local and state vote tallies to election races in other states

STATE AND LOCAL ELECTION RESULTS

For vote tallies, click on:

CLALLAM — http://vote.wa.gov/results/current/clallam/

JEFFERSON — http://vote.wa.gov/results/current/jefferson/

STATE — http://vote.wa.gov/results/current/

There was one set of results reported Tuesday night for Jefferson and Clallam counties, based on ballots that have been verified and readied for computer-counting shortly after 8 p.m.

Mail-in ballots that arrive Wednesday (today) through Friday in both counties will be tabulated and reported on Friday.

The state numbers will be updated through the week as various counties report. The next major update is expected to be posted late Wednesday afternoon, probably after 4 p.m.

To check on Tuesday’s elections outside of Jefferson and Clallam counties and Washington state, as well as other national-international news, go to the “Nation/World” button at the top of this page.

Then go to “AP News” and click. AND hit your ‘refresh’ to make sure you get the latest news.

There are also still photos and video at the AP News site. The Associated Press, a nonprofit cooperative owned by U.S. newspapers, is the largest newsgathering agency in the world.
