Easter celebrations were conducted Saturday and Sunday across the North Olympic Peninsula.

An estimated crowd of 500 to 600 attended the Sunday sunrise service at Civic Field in Port Angeles. The service was sponsored by nine churches. Music was provided by the New Life Open Bible Church, and the message was provided by Pastor Aaron Bacon of the Independent Bible Church. (Dave Logan/for Peninsula Daily News)
