Crescent book available for purchase

JOYCE — “Crescent School District 313, Joyce, Washington, 1922-2022,” by Terry Kahler and Dan Dafoe, is available for $20 or $25 if mailed.

Five hundred copies of the book were printed and about half have already been sold, said Crescent School District Superintendent Dave Bingham.

The 100-page book can be purchased online at the Crescent School District website at tinyurl.com/26dm72sh or by calling the school at 360-928-3311.

It also will be available for sale at Saturday’s Centennial Celebration.

Carole Kahler created the cover design, layout and artwork. Jean Dafoe did the editing and copy editing.

Proceeds from the sale of the book go to the Crescent School District’s 2022 ASB Yearbook club, the Crescent School District’s Centennial Celebration and the Joyce Scholarship Fund that awards scholarships to graduates.
