Clallam PUD installs more payment kiosks

PORT ANGELES — The Clallam County Public Utility District has replaced the payment location in Country Aire in downtown Port Angeles with one in east Port Angeles at the Mount Pleasant IGS and another in west Port Angeles in the Lower Elwha Food & Fuel.

The new kiosks are in addition to customer service offices in Carlsborg, Forks and Sekiu, and payment kiosks at the Makah Tribal Education & Training Center in Neah Bay and the Longhouse Market and Deli in Blyn.

“By opening these two payment kiosks, we have relocated to sites within our service areas, and doubled our Port Angeles presence for our customers,” said Treasurer/Finance Manager Sean Worthington.

A drive-up kiosk is planned for the Carlsborg Main Office next year.

The kiosks accept credit or debit VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards. The machines also accept cash and standard-sized checks but not money orders. They do not make change. Customers need to know their account numbers to use the machines. Hours of operation are dependent upon the hosting location.

A complete list of locations and addresses can be found at www.clallampud.net/ contact-uslocations-2.
