SEQUIM — Wind Rose Cellars, 143 W. Washington St., is celebrating Washington Wine Month by waiving tasting fees throughout March.

Wine tasting is every day until 5 p.m.

Extended hours are Monday through Wednesday, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Thursday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

There is live music Wednesdays through Saturdays.

Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce events set in Port Townsend on Monday, Wednesday

PORT TOWNSEND — The Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce will hold its weekly lunch meeting at the Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St., from noon to 1 p.m. Monday.

Emily Ingram of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage will discuss the status of real estate and mortgage lending in Jefferson County.

Hope Roofing will be the meeting sponsor.

There will be a ribbon-cutting for a new business, Glow Natural Skin Care, 244 Monroe St., at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Shot in the Dark Espresso open on Highway 101 in Port Angeles

PORT ANGELES — Shot in the Dark Espresso, an all-fresh organic coffee stand, has reopened with new owners.

Rebeca Hanson and Sam Davies operate the stand at 1137 U.S. Highway 101.

The stand uses locally roasted coffee, including white coffee.

Hanson said they plan to donate all their tips one day a week for a month to a local nonprofit organization or to teen-sponsored events.
