PORT ANGELES — Serenity House Thrift Store’s new Warehouse Showroom at 520 E. First St. will officially open with a four-day holiday weekend gala sale Friday through Monday.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is set for Friday at 12:30 p.m., followed by cake and coffee.
The showroom is down the block from the main Port Angeles store on First and Vine streets.
“We are excited to be able to display more quality furniture of all kinds, and also appliances, at great prices, and to be able to accept larger donations to support Serenity House’s ongoing mission of ending homelessness in Clallam County,” said store manager Richard Stephens.
All items in the warehouse will sell for 25 percent off the marked price during the four-day sale, and all merchandise in the main store will be 50 percent off.
The store and showroom are open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays, Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
