Victoria city officials are trying to figure out what to do with the carcass of a brown cow that washed ashore at Clover Point — directly across the Strait of Juan de Fuca from Port Angeles and Sequim.
There are no cattle farms in Victoria, and authorities in British Columbia are scratching their heads as to where the brown cow came from.
