PORT ANGELES — Early-bird tickets are on sale for the 21st annual Juan de Fuca Festival of the Arts, a cavalcade of music and dance in and around downtown Port Angeles on May 22-26.
Full-festival passes for the Memorial Day weekend event are $55, while children 12 and younger, as always, are admitted free. Once the festival starts, with the kickoff concert by Poor Man’s Whiskey, these passes will cost $70 at the gate outside the Vern Burton Community Center at Fourth and Lincoln streets.
This year’s poster, designed by Anna Yates of Dungeness, lists about three dozen of the acts to appear at the Vern Burton center, Elks Naval Lodge, Chamber Stage and, in the After Hours segment, several downtown clubs. The five-day pass covers it all.
