BELLEVUE — The average price of a gallon of gasoline in Washington state is $4.14, the AAA auto club reported Monday.
That’s up 2 cents in a week and 18 cents in a month. It’s 21 cents higher than the national average.
North Olympic Peninsula prices in a spot survey tallied a few pennies higher: at $4.18 per gallon.
A handful of prices at discounters in Sequim hovered just beneath the $4 mark over the weekend.
For those traveling off the Peninsula, here are some metropolitan prices from Monday’s AAA survey:
Bellingham $4.25, Bremerton $4.13, Seattle-Bellevue-Everett $4.17, Tacoma $4.14, Olympia $4.16, Vancouver $4.15, Yakima $4.10, Tri-Cities $4.08; and Spokane $3.93.
