Sequim’s real estate market is entering an exciting new chapter with Jerrin Fiorini stepping in as the new owner of Re/Max Prime. Following the retirement of longtime broker Liz Parks, Fiorini brings a fresh vision, deep roots and a commitment to keeping the franchise locally owned and community-focused.
For Fiorini, this move is more than a business decision – it’s personal.
“I grew up here, graduated from Sequim High and I want to give back to the community that supported me,” he says. “Keeping Re/Max Prime local was important to me. Sequim deserves that small-town connection where neighbors take care of neighbors.”
Fiorini’s path to real estate ownership is grounded in hands-on experience. Originally from Turlock, Calif., he moved to Sequim in grade school in 1999 and has loved the Olympic Peninsula ever since.
Before becoming a Realtor, he worked as a site supervisor for a construction company building new homes, and later ran his own painting company serving Clallam and Jefferson counties.
“I bring knowledge of the home building process and excellent customer service to the table,” he explains.
A firm believer in professional growth, Fiorini logged more than 100 hours of continuing education this past year alone, earning seven respected designations, including Accredited Buyers Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Home Finance Resource, Real Estate Investor, Luxury Home Certified and Military Relocation Professional.
With a brother serving in the U.S. military for more than 20 years, Fiorini takes special pride in helping service members find homes where they can truly belong.
Equally important is his dedication to service outside of real estate.
Fiorini currently serves as Secretary for the Sequim Association of Realtors, Membership Committee Chair and MLS Co-Chair, and he has held leadership positions with organizations such as Olympic Community Action Program and Head Start. His volunteerism has earned him recognition including the Community Service Award in 2024, and multiple Re/Max honors, including the Executive Club Award three years running and induction into the 100% Club in 2024.
When he’s not serving clients, Fiorini enjoys attending local events with his family, supporting small businesses, gardening in his backyard and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
On October 1, Fiorini celebrated this new chapter with a ribbon-cutting hosted by the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce – a moment that reflected not just ownership, but continuity, community and optimism for the future.
“I’m proud to be a Sequim kid who stayed here,” Fiorini says. “Owning Re/Max Prime is my way of investing back into this town and helping it grow in a positive way.”
