WEEKEND — Stephenie Meyer Day events set in Forks (With ‘Twilight’ birthday)

FORKS — Events begin today in the annual Stephenie Meyer Day celebration.

Here’s the schedule:

Today

■ 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. — Meet-and-greet with Alice Cullen at Twilight Central, located inside Leppell’s Flowers and Gifts, 130 S. Spartan Ave.

■ 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. — Sunset tour with Alice Cull­en at Team Forks Twilight Tours, headquartered Twilight Center/Leppell’s Flowers and Gifts.

■ 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. — Bella’s bridal shower at Alice’s Closet, 130 Forks Ave.

Saturday

All day — 27th annual West End Invitational Co-ed Softball Tournament, Tillicum Park.

■ 8 a.m. — Chili cookoff at the Hungry Bear Restaurant in Sappho.

■ 9 a.m. — Forks Open-Aire Market, 1421 S. Forks Ave.

■ 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. — Literary symposium with guest authors.

■ 10 a.m. — Twilight vendors fair on Spartan Avenue, between A and D streets, one block south of Forks Avenue.

■ 10 a.m. — West End Thunder drag races at the Forks Municipal Airport.

■ 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. — Twi-fashion exhibit at Bank of America, 481 S. Forks Ave.

■ 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. — Meet-and-greet with Alice Cullen at Twilight Central/Leppell’s Flowers and Gifts.

■ Noon — Group photo at the sign at Forks High School, 191 Spartan Ave.

■ 1 p.m. — Look-alike and costume contest at the SMD — Stephenie Meyer Day — stage at the vendor fair on Spartan Avenue, between A and D streets, a block south of Forks Avenue.

■ 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. — Quileute storytelling and dance at A-ka-lat Community Center in LaPush.

■ 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. — Sunset tour with Alice Cull­en at Team Forks Twilight Tours.

■ 9 a.m. to midnight — Saint Marcus’ Day Celebration at SMD Stage.

Sunday

■ All day — 27th annual West End Invitational Co-ed Softball Tournament, Tillicum Park.

■ 9 a.m. — 9/11 Memorial at the Forks Transit Center, 551 S. Forks Ave.

■ 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. — Meet-and-greet with Alice Cullen at Twilight Central/Leppell’s Flowers and Gifts.

■ 10 a.m. — West End Thunder drag races at the Forks Municipal Airport.

■ 10 a.m. — Twilight vendors fair reopens on Spartan Avenue.

■ 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. — Twi-fashion exhibit at Bank of America.

■ 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. — Twilight scavenger hunt at Twilight Central/Leppell’s Flowers and Gifts.

■ Noon — Group photo at the Forks High School sign.

■ 1 p.m. — Bella’s birthday cake-cutting at SMD stage.
