Tickets available now for Hog Wild

PORT ANGELES — Tickets are on sale now for Hog Wild — A Night of Games, Suds and Grub set at Harbinger Winery on Aug. 11.

The evening hosted by the Olympic Medical Center Foundation at the winery at 2358 U.S. Highway 101 west of Port Angeles will feature a rib cook-off among local physicians and other medical providers, Harbinger wines, local brews, and several games where attendees can win prizes.

Proceeds will go toward purchasing equipment for the Peninsula Children’s Clinic.

Tickets, which include dinner and beverage, can be obtained for $35 at www.omcf.org, or by calling 360-417-7144.

Sequim Health and Rehabilitation and Crestwood Health and Rehabilitation are the presenting sponsors.

“Sequim Health and Rehabilitation and Crestwood Health and Rehabilitation are two of our largest sponsors and donors,” said foundation President Duane Wolfe. “They have stepped forward significantly to help better the lives of patients at Olympic Medical Center.”

Said Ed Ebling, Sequim Health and Rehab administrator: “Since we are both in the health care business, we are pleased to partner with the foundation and OMC.”

Said Jason Segar, Crestwood Health and Rehabilitation administrator:“We appreciate the opportunity to make a difference.”

The two facilities will also continue to be the presenting sponsors of Festival of Trees and be involved in several other foundation events, including Harvest of Hope, which benefits the OMC Cancer Center and the Red, Set, Go Heart Luncheon, which benefits cardiac services at the hospital.
