PORT ANGELES — Joe DeScala will address a meeting of Soroptimist International of Port Angeles at noon Friday.
The club meets at Joshua’s Restaurant, 113 S. Del Guzzi Drive.
DeScala will talk about 4PA, an organization he created to clean up the city and assist the homeless.
The meeting is open to the public.
Lunch is available for purchase. There is a minimum charge for beverages to cover cost of the venue.
