Quilcene-Brinnon Garden Club raffle tickets on sale

QUILCENE — Tickets for the Quilcene-Brinnon Garden Club raffle will be available for sale from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays, Aug. 22, Aug. 29 and Sept. 5.

The tickets can be purchased for $1 each at the Quilcene Community Center, 294952 U.S. Highway 101.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the club’s raffle and silent auction will be conducted over Facebook this year.

Pictures of the auction items will be posted on the club’s Facebook page and the auction and raffle drawing will be conducted on Saturday, Sept. 12.

Proceeds from the raffle and auction benefit local nonprofits such as food banks, Children’s Weekend Nutrition Program, Center Valley Animal Rescue, Dollars for Scholars and the Brinnon Booster club.
